"Raven"
Raven
was adopted from Michigan Weimaraner Rescue at five months old. She was
an owner relinquishment to a shelter as she was "too wild"; even the
shelter agreed so asked MWR to take her. Raven would repeat rapid,
consistent repetitions of sit, shake, speak and down for minutes on end
when focused, but otherwise she was "totally out of control".

Through continual training Raven has not only become a good companion, but has the ability to be a working partner. At six years she sets the example in public obedience classes and helps Chris teach manners to countless dogs. Raven has earned her Tracking Dog (TD) and Rally Novice (RN) obedience title and is currently training for Rally Advanced (RA) and tracking.
Note: Blue Weimaraners are a disqualified color and are not recognized by The Weimaraner Club of America. If you're interested in obtaining a blue Weim, please consider rescue or contact the Blue Weimaraner Club for a quality pup. There are only a select few breeders in this country who are making an effort to breed healthy blue pups with sound temperaments.
