"Doppler"
Doppler is everything and more than we could hope for in a male Weimaraner. His raw versatile talent is easily refined to do all that we have asked of him with very little training... be it gaiting around the show ring, pointing birds while hunting, swimming through reeds for a blind retrieve, tracking humans through an office complex, or running an agility course with pure love of the sport. Doppler is also very much a "Ham" for the camera, so modeling could be in his future!
After taking an eleven month break from the show ring, he came back and easily finished his bench championship with a 3 point major in New York and 4point major in Columbus Ohio.
Spring of 2011 will bring field training for Gun Dog Stakes and continued training for his TDX and VST tracking titles.
Doppler is the result of a breeding meant to produce dual champion potentials. His dam "Ella" CH Grayangel Lady Ella von Gaul NRD is known for her desire, drive and run in the bird field. It is not surprising as Ella's dam, "Anja" AKC/CKC/UKC GRCH Grayangel Little Zephanja MH SD NRD VX CGC is from the first of only two litters to produce three Champion/Master Hunters/Versatile Excellent littermates. Doppler's sire is "Storm" CAN CH WeatherRun's Perfect Storm FD RD VX NAVHDA UT I, who was awarded the prestigious Utility Prize 1 title.
